Laura Jane Coles
Laura Jane has specialized in insurance coverage advice and litigation for over 20 years. Her insurance practice initially focused on third party coverage disputes in the context of complex construction defect and environmental contamination. Over the years, her practice expanded to include various forms of first party and third party coverage disputes. Laura Jane represents insurers in all aspects of coverage-related litigation, including bad faith, and she has considerable experience in subrogation/contribution based recovery matters.
