Henry C. Truszkowski
Henry’s diverse practice focuses primarily on professional and general liability and employment liability including claims of errors and omissions against insurance agents and brokers. Through negotiation, litigation, jury trials, and appellate advocacy, Henry has represented a wide range of clients including those in the sports, recreation, and entertainment industries. In addition, Henry has guided clients thought licensing and enforcement proceedings with various federal and state agencies, including EEOC, EPA, California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, California Air Resources Board, California Department of Real Estate, and California Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
